What is APS?
Advanced Problem Solving (APS) is Ottawa County's learning management system (LMS). Launched in September 2025, APS replaced our previous LMS, Topyx. The system allows employees to enroll in and complete both online courses and in-person classroom sessions.
Getting Started as a New Employee
As a new employee, you will be introduced to APS during New Employee Orientation. Following orientation, you will receive an email with login instructions and details about the courses you are required to complete. Once logged in, you can access your required courses and explore the full course catalog.
