Reserving Conference Rooms

From the landing page, click “SUBMIT EVENT REQUEST.” County employees do NOT need to create an account but instead should click the “SIGN IN USING EMAIL” button. Your Ottawa County credentials will automatically allow you into the reservation system.
Follow the intuitive system prompts to select your space. All of the rooms that are available and allowable to reserve are listed in the system.
The Board Room in West Olive is no longer reservable because of the extensive broadcasting equipment and recalibration required when the connections are disrupted. If you have questions, please contact Abby Ritter in Facilities Maintenance at 616-738-4873 or aritter@miottawa.org.
This reservation link is also a great Customer Service resource. If you have ever had a customer ask, “Do you know where the XYZ Meeting is being located?” you can quickly open the calendar and direct them to their meeting.
